Dan Perich and George Vlamis of KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group have added two new members to their team. Jacquelyn Leonard and Robert Velez become licensed real estate agents of this northeast Pennsylvania commercial real estate firm.
Jacquelyn Leonard graduated from Millersville University where she obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. Born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Jacquelyn has an enthusiasm for the positive economic change in the area. She has served as a School Board Director in Pocono Mountain School District and in 2014 ran for the PA House of Representatives, gaining tremendous insights into the dynamics of Monroe County. Jacquelyn is also a part of Read Across America, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Make A Wish Foundations. She has invested in and managed real estate in the Poconos for the last 12 years.
Robert Velez is completing his business degree with a concentration in marketing at East Stroudsburg University. As a 10 year resident, Robert has seen the area’s growth and commercial development. Robert is also a competitive bodybuilder and brings that determination and commitment to the commercial real estate industry.
