Dollar General Approved in Hamilton Township

STROUDSBURG, PA (August 4, 2016) – KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group has closed on the sale of a 2.75-acre site along Business Route 209 at Rachel Road in Stroudsburg, which has been approved for Dollar General. Daniel M. Perich, CCIM of KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group represented the transaction.

Miller Bros Construction, LP – a preferred developer of Dollar General – obtained final approval from Hamilton Township for the 9,100+ square foot building. Dollar General has more than 12,500 store in 43 states. The general store carries name-brand products; such as food, snacks, health and beauty aids, as well as cleaning supplies, family apparel, housewares and seasonal items.
