Born and raised in New Jersey, Tracey moved to Pennsylvania full time in 1991. His career spans a path that began in the research and development field of laser electro-optics, and gallium-arsenide substrate processes, which are now used today in every computer component. After which, he owned and operated a highly successful beverage distributor business for nearly a decade. In 2000, Tracey became a licensed real estate professional, and has since enjoyed great success in helping his clients achieve their goals. His main interests are in real estate investments, and industrial sales and leasing. Tracey has worked with many Fortune 500 companies, high wealth individuals, and REITS. From leasing, to buyer and seller representations, Tracey prides himself on providing honest, ethical, and dedicated services to all of his clients. He is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New York State. In his free time, he enjoys time with his three children, working with his hands on projects, painting, and coaching soccer.
