Pocono Wellness is a 34,368 square foot fitness and racquet club facility situated next to Eagle Valley Mall and Skylanes Bowling in East Stroudsburg.

 

The new owners, “MoR’Tennis  and MoR’Fitness” commented, “[We] plan to continue to provide a valuable service to the community while updating the equipment and improving the layout of the infrastructure by adding additional tennis, a full length Basketball and Racquetball courts. The business will provide a world class product that competes with market value and will fulfill the needs of the community. Some of the services provided include world class instructional and development programs for children and adults in Tennis as well as Basketball.

 

The Fitness club will also provide group exercise classes, Yoga, Spinning in addition to fixed and free weights. Fitness evaluations and Wellness rehabilitation services include Massage therapy and Chiropractic care. Performance and Competitive programs for aspiring athletes can receive College Recruiting/Scholarship consulting and Sports Psychology in addition to other Sports Management Services.”
